Reasonably sunny March produces over 400 kWh  – less than last year.

The UK continues to be blessed in 2026 with considerable sunshine. Both Jan and Feb this year have generated more solar power than the three prior years our system has been installed while March was slightly below 2025 data: 407 kWh compared to 419 kWh.

For the month we produced 407 kWh and exported 30% or 122 kWh with total consumption of 1.13 MWh.- 49% from the grid, 28% from battery and 22% from Solar PV.

Production for the first quarter of the year more than 2023, 2024 and 2025 as shown in the graph below: Just over 0.75 MWh.
