Subcompact CUV Adds To the EV Line-up
Subaru is adding to its EV line-up with an all-new subcompact crossover utility vehicle, the 2026 Uncharted CUV. The all-electric Uncharted has options of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, making it ideal for city dwellers and those who are a bit more adventurous wanting to do some light off-roading. The Uncharted should sit well with loyal (and they are very loyal!) Subaru owners, giving them yet another option to stay in the Subaru family.
Subaru unveiled the 2026 Uncharted at a live event in New York City before members of the automotive media and by live streaming far and wide. Clean Fleet Report will get behind the wheel of the 2026 Uncharted sometime late in 2025 or early 2026, just before it is in dealers. We will write a full review of the Uncharted’s features, performance, ride comfort and pricing. Until then, this is what we know so far.
